Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within [6–12 hours] of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [your email / phone number] with your order details.
If payment was already made, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within [5–7 business days].
2. Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure product quality and accurate descriptions. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged item
Size mismatch (if exchange option is available)
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Customized, altered, or made-to-order items
Products purchased on sale or during special promotions
Items that have been worn, washed or used
Tags, labels or original packaging removed
3. Return Procedure
Notify us within [48 hours / 2 days] of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once approved, you will receive the return shipping instructions.
The product must be shipped back within [3–5 days] of approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or wrong.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
In case of replacement, a new product will be dispatched after approval.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We will replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account or payment source.
Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary.
